A Berry Healthy Cobbler

It’s finally berry season, which means I am craving cobblers! Because of the Low FODMAP Diet I follow, I have been trying to limit gluten where I easily can. I also am never able to eat peach or cherry pies because both fruits are packed with FODMAPS! So instead of making a rich and gluten filled cobbler I whipped up this 3 ingredient recipe that is super simple and quick!


  1. Fresh berries - can be subbed for frozen but baking time will change

  2. 1/4 cup plain oats

  3. 2-3 tsp of brown sugar

  4. 1/2 tbsp of almond milk or milk substitute


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Chop berries

  3. Mix oats and brown sugar and almond milk and mash

  4. Layer berries into dish and top with oat mix

  5. Bake for 25 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
