Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins

Guys this is one of my favorite recipes to date! I love chocolate chip muffins, and sometimes I just need a good sweet treat. Check out the recipe below



Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1 egg

- 1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt (I use @fage)

- 1/3 cup no sugar added apple sauce

- 3/4 cup gluten free flour of choice

- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use silk!)

- Chocolate chips (I used 1/2 cup of Lily’s to keep the sugar content lower)

- 1 tbsp of @traderjoes cacao powder


Steps:

- Pre heat oven to 375 - Mix wet ingredients together

- Mix dry ingredients together

- Combine wet and dry and mix well

- Scoop about 1 tbsp of mix into mini muffin tray/pan

- Bake at 375 for 15-18 mins
